This Writ Petition has been filed to declare the action of the respondents in not fixing the rates of admission for the petitioner theatres as per the Application dated 12.09.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana).

Today, this Court disposed of Writ Petition 28138 of 2017 in terms of para 10 of the order dated 31.10.2016 in Writ Petition No.18779 of 2014 and batch, making it clear that the directions given therein will hold good until either the government issues a fresh G.O. specifying the rates of admission, in exercise of the statutory powers, or it directs operation of G.O.Ms. No. 75, dated 23.06.2017. In the light of the said order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
