Vide present writ petition, petitioners seek direction thereby directing the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry and decide objections raised in the representation dated 01.02.2016 submitted by the petitioners in pursuance of the A.P. State Gazettee dated 27.07.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent.
Heard learned counsel for both parties and perused the material placed on record.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents on advance notice, submitted that enquiry has already been conducted and an award was passed in favour of Sri Rajanala Sai Rama Krishna, who is respondent No.4 herein for an extent of Ac.13.58 cents in R.S.No.67 and 68 which is the petition schedule land, and accordingly, the bill was passed in favour of the 4th respondent and compensation amount was credited to his account through on line system. In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous. At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the with petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition, if so advised. Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to file fresh writ petition, if so advised. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
