This Criminal petition is filed under Secti on 4g2 of Cr.P.C., by the petitioners/A_2 and A_3 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.S146 of 2023 pending on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri M.Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 _ State. perused the record.
