This Writ Petition is filed questioning the memo dated 30.09.2022 wherein the document presented by the petitioners for registration before the fourth respondent was not processed on the ground that proceedings are pending before various forums including this Court and Civil Courts etc. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3.

This matter has been adjourned to today, as it was represented by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the fourth respondent is properly advised the legal position and he is likely to take steps in the right direction. 4.

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the document sought to be registered by the petitioners was already registered on 15.02.2023 vide document No.211 of 2023 and a copy of the same is also placed before this Court.

In the circumstances, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the same is accordingly closed.
