THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.39310 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking disposal of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 21.09.2016, for revising the seniority list issued vide circular Memo No.47079/Ser.IV(5)/1993, dated 16.08.2012.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings submits that petitioner cannot make such a representation against the final seniority list and such a representation cannot be considered, once the final seniority list is issued. In view of the above submission, no direction can be issued for considering the representation of the petitioner and it is open for the petitioner to file an appeal against the final seniority list proceedings dated 16.08.2012.

With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
