Smt K.B.Chandrakala v. Apsrtc, Hyd Rep By Its Vc And Md And 3 Others
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8639 OF 2004 ORDER :
This Writ Petition is filed seeking compassionate appointment under Bread-Winner Scheme.
2.
The grievance of the petitioner is that her husband, while discharging his duties as Record Clerk left the house. The whereabouts of her husband were not known and, after seven years, it is presumed that the husband of the petitioner died. In the circumstances, the petitioner submitted a representation to consider her case for compassionate appointment or in the alternative, grant additional monetary benefits. 3.
The Counsel for the petitioner contends that the case of the petitioner was considered mechanically and it was rejected and requested that appropriate orders may be passed, directing the respondents to reconsider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment or in the alternative, grant additional monetary benefits in lieu of compassionate appointment.
4.
Having considered the submissions made by the parties, this Court is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation within two weeks
from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5.
With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 6.
The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 28th November, 2018 GS
