HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 2235 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.25479 of 2016 dated 01.08.2016. None appears for the petitioner.

The Contemnor filed an application in C.A.No.37 of 2017 stating that after receipt of the orders of this Court on 05.10.2016 he gave instructions on 08.10.2016 to implement the orders and thereafter he was transferred from Scheduled Caste Development Department on 30.11.2016 and was relieved on 03.12.2016. The new incumbent who assumed charge issued orders promoting the petitioner as Grade-I Principal.

In view of the same, the further action against the Contemnor is dropped and the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
