HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10145 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A.1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.77 of 2015 of Chittoor I Town Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 IPC.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor filed a letter dated 30.08.2015 stating that permission may be accorded to refer the case as mistake of fact and file final report accordingly, therefore, the criminal petition may be closed as no cause survives for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is closed. 4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
