Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for 1st respondent, and Smt. R. Padma Rekha, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent. 2.
The petitioner herein was employed as Field Assistant in Manikonda Village, Koilkonda Mandal, Mahabubnagar District in 2006. He was suspended on 16.02.2016 on the basis of certain allegations, and the said proceedings also mentioned the charges leveled against the petitioner.

The petitioner gave a detailed explanation on 10.03.2016 to the 2nd respondent and an additional explanation on 13.04.2016. The petitioner contends that 2nd respondent has not considered the said explanation, that he is also not allowing the petitioner to discharge the duties as Field Assistant, and this action of 2nd respondent is arbitrary, illegal and violates Article 14 of the Constitution of India. 4.
Smt. R. Padma Rekha, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent, states that the 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's explanation dt.10.03.2016 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and take further action in the matter as per law.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's explanation dt.10.03.2016 and additional explanation with additional material dt.13.04.2016 and take appropriate decision within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate its decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
