THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30058 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, subsequent to the impugned show cause notice, dated 04.08.2018, issued under Sections 452 (2) and 461(1) of the of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (for brevity, 'the Act'), respondent-GHMC authorities issued another notice, dated 18.08.2018, under Section 452 (2) of the Act, indicating therein the details of the deviations also and it is open for the petitioner herein to submit an explanation for the said notice and that, if any such explanation is filed, the same will be verified and further action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner to submit an explanation to the second notice, dated 18.08.2018, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and, if any such explanation is filed, the same be considered and appropriate final orders be passed, strictly in accordance with law.
