This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.3 of 2016 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above crime. At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that NBWs are pending against the petitioner. 4.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the above submission, the petitioner is directed to file a discharge application before the Court concerned, if he is aggrieved over the charge sheet filed against him in the above C.C. On such application being filed, the Court concerned is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and pass orders. NBWs issued against the petitioner are recalled. 5.
