O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that though no crime has been registered against him, respondent 4 and 5 - police authorities are insisting him to appear before them and thus interfering with his life and liberty. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 5th respondent - Station House Officer, denying the allegation of the petitioner, and stating that one Mekala Aaradhana - 6th respondent herein lodged a complaint against the petitioner on 30.06.2018 stating that they loved each other and she became pregnant and they married, but the petitioner is not taking her and their daughter to his house and that the petitioner married another woman and living at Vijayawada since 20 days. Based on the said complaint, GD entry was made and the petitioner was contacted for the purpose of conducting counselling. Instead of co-operating with the investigating agency, petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 4 and 5 to following the guidelines formulated by Apex Court in RAJESH SHARMA v. STATE OF UP1 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
