The Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan and The Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Amarnath Goud Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.1086 of 2014 Judgment: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against Order, dated 17-10-2014, in IA.No.620 of 2013 in OS.No.1542 of 2013 on the file of the V Additional District Judge (FTC), Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

At the hearing, Mr.Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellants, states that he does not wish to press the present Appeal. His only request is that this Court should direct the learned trial Court to complete the trial. For, according to him, the trial has been pending before the learned trial Court since 2013 and six years have gone by, but the trial is yet to come to an end. Mr.D.Prakash Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Mr.P.Laxma Reddy, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.16 to 19, has not raised any objection to the request made by the learned Counsel for the appellants.

RSC, J & TA, J CMA.No.1086 of 2014 Dt: 05.02.2019 Therefore, the parties are directed to cooperate with the learned trial Court for an expeditious completion of the trial. The learned trial Court is directed to complete the trial on or before 31-12-2019.

With these directions, the Appeal stands disposed of. As a sequel, IA.Nos.1 of 2014 and 3 of 2017 are dismissed as not pressed.
