THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26639 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 3rd Respondent not registering the Crime, even after receipt of Private Complainant from the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurnagar vide proceedings dis.No.511 of 2015 dated 26- 03-2015 as illegal, irregular, without jurisdiction and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd 86 3rd Respondents to register the crime, investigate into the same, arrest the culprits and charge sheet the culprits in accordance with law."

Heard Sri S. Ram Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents, apart from perusing the material available before this Court. Today, when the matter is called, written instructions, dated 26-08-2015 furnished by the Circle Inspector of Police, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home.

As evident from the written instructions, on receipt of the private complaint the respondent - police authorities registered F.I.R.No.185 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 447, 427 and 506 r/w.34 of IPC.

In view of the same, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
