When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M.Ravindra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents would submit that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners were reengaged and were continuing in service as such.

In view of the above submissions, this court is of the considered view that the writ petition can be closed as the relief sought for by the petitioners has been granted by the respondents.
