The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application dated 15.03.2016 before the 3rd respondent for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattedar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.24 guntas, in Survey No.110, situated at Julpally Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner dated 15.03.2016 is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
