THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.15946 of 2016 ORDER:

1 This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus, declaring the Notice issued by the 5th respondent dated 28.04.2016 for removal/demolition of the Petitioner house bearing No.9-8 (Old), 9-5 & 9-5/1(New), an extent of 98.31 Sq.Yards Situated at Gandhichowk (Angadibazar), Biknoor Village and Mandal, Nizamabad District in pursuance of the Memo of the 2nd respondent Lr.No.B5/279/2016(Pts) dated 14.04.2016 is illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the Respondents not to remove/demolish the structures of the petitioner house of the petitioner. 2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition. Permission is accorded. 3 In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
