ORDER

This Contempt Case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2093 of 2010, dated 31.12.2013. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt case as the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2093 of 2010.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
