\ This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the \ i I Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners-accused Nos. I to 5 to quash proceedings against them in C.C.No.174 of 2018 pending on the {ile of learned Judicial First Class Magistrate Special Mobile (PCR) Court, Karimnagar.

None appears for the petitioners on 12.10.2023. As such, the case was posted to today under the caption for dismissal but today also there is no appearance. 3.

As seen from the record, no interim orders were passed by this Court when the case was filed in the year 2018. The status in the trial Court is not known, this Court is not inclined to keep this Criminal Petition pending. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. However, petitioners are at libert5r to approach this Court, in case any cause survives.
