HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 6702 OF 2013 ORDER:

When the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, as AP ROR Act (old) is repealed with the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 2020, and prays this Court to grant liberty to submit the grievances of the petitioner to Respondent Authority as per the new Act.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are required in this writ petition. In view of the same, Permission is accorded to writ petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to submit their grievances/ application/representation if any under the new Act and thereafter the Respondent Authority shall pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, by putting notice to all concerned. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
