HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.30519 of 2017 ORDER:

The inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3, in acting on the petitioner's complaints dated 12.12.2016, 26.12.2016 and 30.01.2017, is questioned in the writ petition as being illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (AP), on instructions, would submit that, based on the complaints of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.102 of 2016 was registered on 16.12.2016 on the file of Dagadarthi Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, against respondent Nos.4 to 7 for the offences under Sections 447, 427, 506 read with 34 IPC; and, after completion of investigation, report would be filed before the concerned Court.

Crime has since been registered, respondent No.3 shall cause investigation, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.
