O R D E R

Alleging that 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, Huzurnagar Police Station, Suryapet, is calling the petitioner to the police station and interfering with his personal liberty and insisting to marry unofficial respondent No.3, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 2nd respondent denying the allegation of the petitioner and stating that based on the complaint given by the father of the 3rd respondent, case in Cr.No.160 of 2018 was registered against the petitioner, for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 376(2)(n), 504 and 506 read with 109 IPC and the investigation is taken and it is at preliminary stage. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
