ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"... to issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the sale notice dated Sale Notice published in Indian express News paper on 16-7-16 proposing to hold the auction of the petition schedule properties on 23-08-2016, as wholly illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Articles-300-A, 14 and 19 of

Constitution of India."

Mr. V.Hari Haran, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to pursue Securitization Appeal No.132 of 2015 pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench at Kolkata.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.34750 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
