The office placed the information that the office of the District Judge, East Godavari District, Rajahmundry, telephonically informed that O.P.No.12 of 2010 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Kothapeta, which was later transferred to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, and re-numbered as O.P.No.4 of 2013, was dismissed on 18.08.2015 and, therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed. No order as to costs.
