Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly concedes that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.21795 of 2012 and batch, dated 9.11.2018, whereby the said cases were dismissed.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed in terms of the judgment rendered in W.P.No.21795 of 2012. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
