THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA Writ Petition No.25576 of 2010 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri P.Sri Raghu Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Transport would agree that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by the judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in Khader Basha and others vs. Regional Transport Officer, Chittoor1.

Following the said judgment, and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. It is made clear that in case the petitioner has not paid life tax in its entirety, they shall pay the differential life tax, if any, within four weeks from today, failing which it is open to the respondents to take necessary action for recovery of the said amount. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
