HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 29352 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the 3rd respondent is not issuing Pattadar Passbook and Raithu Bandhu cheques to the petitioner pertaining to land in Survey No. 449/ 106, 107 to an extent of Ac.02-00, Ac.01-10 guntas, total Ac.03-10 guntas situated at Marikal village, Dhandwada Mandal, Mahabubnagar, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made representations on 17.05.2018 and 16.07.2018 for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Raithu Bhandu cheques pertaining to the land referred to above, no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent so far.

It is represented by the learned Government Pleader that if the petitioner is entitled, his representations will be considered in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, at the admission stage, directing the 3rd respondent to examine the representations dated 17.05.2018 and 16.07.2018 submitted by the petitioner for

issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Raithu Bhandu cheques pertaining to the land in Survey No. 449/ 106, 107 to an extent of Ac.02-00, Ac.01-10 guntas, total Ac.03-10 guntas situated at Marikal village, Dhandwada Mandal, Mahabubnagar and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
