HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.27756 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) In this writ petition, the petitioners have questioned the demand notice dated 04.05.2015 and the consequential possession notice dated 01.08.2015 issued by the respondent Bank in exercise of powers under the SARFAESI Act. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. As against the impugned notices, the petitioners have an effective alternative remedy under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act. In that view of the matter, there is no reason to entertain this writ petition at this stage. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
