THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.15847 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (Andhra Pradesh). With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal No.109775/CV-II/2015 filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the District Collector, East Godavari District vide No.Ref.C5/M/569/2009, dated 01.12.2015 within a period of one month or within a reasonable period.

3. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to dispose of the appeal at the earliest.

4. Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare submits that he has no objection for the same.

5. Having regard to the circumstances stated above and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal No.109775/CV-II/2015 filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the District Collector, East Godavari District vide No.Ref.C5/M/569/2009, dated 01.12.2015, as early as possible preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
