Heard Mr.Saifuddin for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The writ prayer is against inaction in preventing and prohibiting nuisance from the poultry farm run by respondent No.4. It is matter of record that the 1st respondent through letter bearing No.C1/M/702/12, dated 01.10.2012 directed respondents 2 and 3 to initiate appropriate action to prevent and prohibit nuisance from the poultry farm run by 4th respondent.

On instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader submits that no further action has been taken in this behalf and makes a statement on behalf of 3rd respondent that appropriate steps are taken and communication sent to local body for prevention and prohibition of nuisance from the poultry farm run by the 4th respondent. The statement is placed on record and accordingly the 3rd respondent is directed to act and complete the process within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
