This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-A1 to A5 in P.R.C. No.1 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate (Prohibition & Excise), Nalgonda, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 498-A read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
