THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23707 OF 2010 ORDER:

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 24.09.2010 granted interim direction to the respondents to receive the application submitted by the petitioner for the post of Para Medical Ophthalmic Assistant in pursuance of the notification, dated 19.09.2010, and process the same by treating her as properly qualified.

In pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court, no counter affidavit is filed by the respondents. Since the relief claimed in the writ petition and the interim prayer is one and the same and the relief sought in the writ petition is worked out by virtue of interim order dated 24.09.2010, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 24.09.2010 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.30336 of 2010. No order as to costs.
