This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, is filed challenging the order dated 19.03.2013 in E.P.No.181 of 2005 on the file of IV Additional District Judge (FTC), Warangal.

As there was no stay during the pendency of E.P., the E.P. was disposed of by the trial Court on 21.11.2013. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision. 3.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
