Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.
2.
The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is the alleged inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector, Prakasam District, Ongole, in passing orders on the stay application filed by the petitioner herein along with Appeal, dated 13.02.2017, wherein the order of cancellation of Fair Price Shop authorization, dated 10.01.2017, is under challenge. 3.
By way of an order, dated 10.01.2017, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kandukuru, cancelled the Fair Price authorization of the petitioner herein.
