There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The order passed by this Court on 30.09.2010 is as follows: "There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner even on 06.09.2019, 18.09.2019 and 23.09.2019 in spite of the matter posted under the caption "For Orders". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Post the matter on 01.10.2010 under the caption "For dismissal".

Even though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter diligently.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending shall stand dismissed.
