THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE T. M{DHAVI DEVI WRIT PETITION No.23795 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering and not disposing of the representation of the petitioner dated 07.04.2016 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 07.04.2016 by taking necessary action and to pass appropriate orders.

Leamed Govemment Pleader for Civil Supplies, appearing for respondents No.l to 3, has obtained written instructions, \ ,l t 1 according to which the petitioner has never submitted representation dated 07.04.2016. There are comments with regard to the merits of the representation as well.

Leamed counsel for the petitioner prayed to permit the petitioner to submit a fresh representation if the respondents did not have a copy ofthe representation dated07.04.2016 and prayed that the respondents may be directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon.

Having regard to the above submissions of the petitioner, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents and on receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date ofreceipt of the representation. 5.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
