THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9829 OF 2010 ORDER:

Today when the matter is called, a memo is filed into the Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners stating that the 1st petitioner is not interested to proceed further in the present writ petition and he wants to withdraw the writ petition. It is also stated by the learned counsel that the 2nd petitioner died about two years back and got retirement benefits including the relief under this writ petition. Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, in respect of the 1st petitioner and as abated, so far as the 2nd petitioner in concerned.
