This court passed an order in Writ Petition No.23784 of 2015 on 30.07.2015 directing the fourth respondent to pass final orders within a period of 30 days. Now, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies produced a copy of the order dated 19.09.2015 of the fourth respondent imposing a fine of Rs.2,000/- with a warning to the petitioner and restoring his authorization. In view of the same, no further orders are required in this contempt case. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
