This Writ Petition was filed challenging the inaction of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in taking further action pursuant to the registration of crime No. 400 of 2016 dated 01-07-2016.

At the hearing, both learned counsel submitted that a final report was filed pursuant to the registration of the crime and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
