THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29404 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 11.07.2018, in W.P.No.21430 of 2018 of this Court. A copy of the same is placed on record. Paragraph No.7 of the said Orders reads as under:

"For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein to take further steps in the direction of processing the application of the petitioner herein by placing the same before the State Level Committee and to pass final orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order."

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms thereof, with a direction to the authorities to consider the effect of Rule 3 of the Telangana Wood Based Industries (Regulations) Rules, 2016, notified vide G.O.Ms.No.55, Environment, Forests, Science & Technology (For.I) Department, dated 26.09.2016. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 11.07.2018, in W.P.No.21430 of 2018, to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
