This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, assailing the order, dated 06.02.2014, of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, At L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.1600 of 2013 in O.S.No.523 of 2011. 2.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the dismissal of the suit on 22.04.2015 by the trial Court, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition. 3.

Recording the submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
