HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.29196 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The petitioner seeks mutation of her name in the revenue records on the basis of the award, dated 23-11-2013 passed by the Lok Adalat Bench at Achampet in Lok Adalat Case No.63 of 2013, which is also subject matter of O.S.No.14 of 2012 before the Junior Civil Judge, Achampet, and accordingly he and two others have made three applications under Form VI-A on 26-012015 by paying requisite fee. One of the applicants has filed the present writ petition alleging inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent. Since the applications are stated to be pending from January, 2015, I deem it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to examine the said applications and if they are in conformity with the requirements of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
