Heard.

Petitioners 1 and 2, who are aged 22 and 23 years respectively claim that they got married on 09-02-2015 at Arya Samaj, Laxmi Nagar, Hyderabad. However, the 4th respondent, who is maternal uncle of the 1st petitioner, on coming to know of the same, appears to have informed the parents of the 1st petitioner and the 1st petitioner was confined in the house by her parents. Thereafter, the 5th respondent along with respondents 6 and 7 is said to have taken the 1st petitioner to the 3rd respondent Police Station and gave a police report against the 2nd petitioner. Alleging that police are harassing, the petitioners filed the present writ petition. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions from the 3rd respondent, which state that one Smt.

Pushpalatha, who is the mother of the 1st petitioner, lodged a complaint on 09-02-2015 relating to missing of the 1st petitioner and hence, a case in Cr.No.134 of 2015 was registered under Head 'Woman Missing' and investigating is being taken up. Meanwhile, both the petitioners have approached the 3rd respondent on 14-02-2015 and gave their statement that both of them fell in love and got married on 09-02-2015 and produced the marriage and age certificates and requested the 3rd respondent to drop further action. In view of the statement of the petitioners, as recorded above, the case in Cr.No.134 of 2015 is referred to as 'action dropped'.

In view of the said instructions, therefore, since police have dropped further action in the said crime, no further orders are required in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall

stand closed.
