The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, by producing copy of letter dated 5.2.2017 addressed by the respondent to the Government Pleader, submits that the document in question has been registered vide Document No.251 dated 2018 dated 5.2.2018 and thus, the order passed by this court has been complied with. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.
