Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed questioning the order, dated 08.06.2015, passed in Application No.107 of 2015/386 in Tender No.63 of 2015 by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.19428 of 2015, dated 01.07.2015.

Therefore, as the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the earlier judgment, dated 01.07.2015, this Writ Petition is also dismissed following the aforesaid judgment and for the reasons recorded therein.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
