This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 11-02-2013 as illegal and arbitrary.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requests that if the representation of the petitioner dated 11-02-2013 is still pending with the respondents, the latter may be directed to consider it and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11-02-2013 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
