W.P.No.25893/2016 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.25893 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) The petitioners came up with the above writ petition challenging the regulations of the university and also challenging the action of the university in refusing to grant affiliation to certain courses.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. A. Abhishek Reddy, learned counsel for the University.

At the time when the writ petition came up for orders as to admission, we heard the learned counsel on both sides and we were not inclined to pass any interim order. Now the counselling is over. Therefore, for the current academic year the grievance of the petitioners cannot be redressed. Hence the writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies for the next academic year. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
