This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by the petitioner/A.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.171 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Miryalguda, Nalgonda District.

When the matter is called today, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing letter, dated 30.05.2017, issued by Sub-Inspector of Police, Miryalaguda II Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, would submit that Calendar Case No.171 of 2012 was ended in acquittal after full-fledged trial on 22.10.2013. 3.

In the light of above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
