Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Labour.

Petitioner claims to be working as a Office Subordinate and aspiring for elevation of status as Junior Assistant. Petitioner claims to be qualified and fully eligible for granting such elevation. No such direction as sought for can be granted as the elevation from Office Subordinate to that of Junior Assistant is subject to availability of cyclic point for the Office Subordinate. 3.

Therefore, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a representation to the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Adilabad, ventilating his grievance and desire to be promoted as Junior Assistant. As and when such representation is made, the Deputy Commissioner shall consider the same having regard to the cyclic point available to the Office Subordinates, eligibility and seniority of the petitioner in the unit of appointment and to pass orders, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of such representation. 4.
