MACMAMP No.929 of 2017 is filed under Section 151 of CPC to permit the petitioner/appellant to withdraw the appeal as the matter is settled out of Court.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit that the matter is settled out of Court, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal. Hence, the M.P. is allowed. In the result, MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
